Police: Man Stole Battery From Bait Car

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are searching for a man who stole a battery from the auto crime unit’s bait car.

Police say a hidden camera inside the car captured video of 52-year-old Joseph Seward.

Seward is wanted on breaking and entering charges.
