Meet the Author
Jack “Coffee” Hays, a pseudonym, has been a police officer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for 6 years. While serving the public as a law enforcement officer he attended & completed multiple training courses through the Pennsylvania State Police, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and many private organizations.
Also, he has attended and completed multiple courses in the Paralegal Studies program at The Pennsylvania State University.
In addition, the author has testified before the Pennsylvania Senate Judiciary Committee, Applied for & received approval for grants from the Federal government to bolster police operations & equipment in the municipalities he served.
Other accomplishments and honors he has received include letters of thanks from municipal police agencies for assistance rendered in the capture of wanted persons, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for assistance in capturing an individual wanted for the armed robbery of a bank.
He has also received many letters of thanks from citizens he assisted while working as a police officer.
In addition, he was appointed to a commission to study the possible creation of a county wide regional police department by County Commissioners in his home county. He has also been a key note speaker on developing municipal police operations at the formal meetings of several municipal governing bodies.
He has received letters of reference & commendation from elected officials, private business owners, and attorneys who served as Assistant District Attorneys.
Also, he has authored multiple articles and guest columns for newspapers and electronic media across the United States.
He is a member of the Law Enforcement Alliance of America & the National Rifle Association.
