CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) – Police are looking for the person(s) who recently stole building materials at two locations in south Charlotte worth thousands of dollars.
The first incident reported occurred at a parking deck at 13040 Ballantyne Corporate Place which is owned by The Bissell Companies. Police say someone stole four, cast brass fire line gate valves valued at $800.
The thief struck sometime between 5 p.m. on Nov. 19 and 3 p.m. on Dec. 3.
During the same time period, police say someone stole an additional 33, cast brass fire line gate valves from a parking deck at 11515 North Community House Road which is also owned by The Bissell Company. The value for these items was $6,600.
